Those engaged as Public Adjusters in the State of Pennsylvania are required by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department to execute a Pennsylvania Public Adjuster Bond in the amount of $20,000 to ensure compliance with Section 7 of the Act of December 20, 1983, P.
